A member of staff will be located as you enter Maghull High school go to the right hand side and drive as far as you can at the back whereby you will see the sports hall, the member of staff will be located by the door to welcome yourself and your child.
Please remember to send your child with:-
A packed Lunch
A refillable Water bottle
Appropriate clothing for the weather and activity
A Coat
Sunhat and suncream (for the summer)
Superstars run a tuck shop whereby your child will be given in the afternoon a sweet bag of either haribo based or vegan based sweets which costs £1 - please pay on arrival with the coach on reception.
No electrical items are allowed at any centre, please make sure your child adheres to this. EXCHANGE + REFUND POLICY will be on your invoice so please check less

Flexible Refund and Cancellation Policy at Superstars
At Superstars, we recognize that plans can change, which is why we have made our refund and cancellation process straightforward and accommodating.
How to Amend Your Booking
To modify your booking in any form, please email us at info@littlesuperstars.co.uk with your child's name and the details of the changes you wish to make (e.g., venue, dates, etc.). To ensure a smooth process, kindly use the email address you registered with us.
Free Amendments
If you request your changes within the specified time limits, we can adjust your booking at no extra charge:
Week 1 (20-24 July) - Deadline: 23:59 on 3rd July 2026
Week 2 (27-31 July) - Deadline: 23:59 on 10th July 2026
Week 3 (3-7 Aug) - Deadline: 23:59 on 17th July 2026
Week 4 (10-14 Aug) - Deadline: 23:59 on 24th July 2026
Week 5 (17-21 Aug) - Deadline: 23:59 on 31st July 2026
Week 6 (24-28 Aug) - Deadline: 23:59 on 7th August 2026
After the deadlines mentioned above, the following rules will apply:
You can transfer your booking to another date during the summer holidays until 5 PM on the day (Monday to Thursday) before your child is scheduled to attend, for a £5 administrative fee. If you wish to change a booking for a Monday following the weekend, please request the change by 5 PM the preceding Friday, as our office is closed over the weekend.
If you prefer a refund instead of a booking modification, a £5 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU MISS THE DEADLINE FOR CHANGING OR AMENDING YOUR BOOKING, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED
