HOLIDAY CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All bookings made for the Superstars Holiday Club must be booked and paid in advance by either credit/debit card (plus platform fee), BACS or childcare vouchers
  • All children booked onto Superstars Holiday Clubs must be reasonably fit and healthy and capable of taking part in the course. You must full disclose all relevant information on the booking system.
  • Superstars reserve the right to modify a course due to adverse weather conditions, low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • REFUNDS + EXCHANGES - are in line with what is available online at our latest holiday club details or brochure that is available at www.littlesuperstars.co.uk/holiday-clubs/. Normally you can have a full refund upto 10 days before the beginning of the week of camp, after this time we can only accept exchanges which come with a £5 admin fee due to the nature that some one physically has to change the booking. Superstars cannot accept any refunds that fall the day before after 1700 hours. We ask for all refunds and exchanges by email info@littlesuperstars.co.uk so we can go through them in order. It will not effect your timings of anythings as it is time stamped at the time of you sending the email
  • Child or children should be dressed appropriately for the activity they are taking party in. We reserve the right to refuse admittance or taking part in the activity not appropriately dressed (i.e. Trampoling children must not have zips, catches or hoodies on clothing)
  • Superstars reserves the right to remove a child or children from the course, or to refuse admittance should we deem it necessary to do so. This includes where a child or children does not comply with the safety rules and advice, does not act responsibly and courteously, is disruptive does not participate or affects the of the course for the other children
  • COMPLANTS If you have a complaint about Superstars Holiday Club or any activity that happens on site, please speak to the Head coach at the centre who will be more than happy to deal with any concerns. If you feel this has not resolved your concern to info@littlesuperstars.co.uk where by a member of our management team will investigate any concerns and get back to you within 3 working days

COMMUNITY CLASSES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Parents\Carers are responsible for the child/children at all times throughout the session
  • Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring that child/children use the equipment correctly and safely as instructed by their coach
  • Child.children must be accompanied by a parent/carer at all times throughout the session
  • Lasses are paid termly in advance using this system. We will issue an invoice 3 weeks before the end of the term with the following terms details. To get the early bird offer you must pay by the said date. It will be assumed that if you have not taken up the early bird offer or contacted the office to say you still want your place, we will assume you are not returning and your place will be offered to another child.
  • Any missed classes are non refundable, but if there are spaces on any of our other classes you may attend one of these to make up. Please speak to your coach or ring the office on 01925 555859
  • When attending the course neither the child/children will be suffering from any contagious illness, disease or anything similar to hereto.
  • The parent/carer agrees (for on behalf of the parent and the childs) that any claim by the parent or the child against Little superstars or any coach, employee or agent of Little Superstars must be brought within 60 days of the event that gave rise to such claim. Any claim made thereafter shall be time barred.
  • Little Superstars, does not, and never have, shared data with anyone, this includes email address, home address or mobile phone numbers

DISCLAIMER for Community Classes, Nursery Classes, Holidays Club and After School classes: By accepting these terms and conditions, you understand and agree that: the activities of the course(s) on which any participant is enrolled involve an inherent risk of injury; you are responsible for the participants safety and accept this, inherent risk in order for our child to participate in the course, you will ensure that the participant acts and behaves appropriately and complies at all times with our safety rules and procedures in order to minimise risk, you will ensure that the participant immediately cease; performant of the activities if you are concerned about the safety of the activities or health of the participant; in the event of an accident or any damage, loss, injury or death we will not liable for any direct to indirect loss, damage or injury arising from in connection with activities undertaken on the course, you accept that we will undertake all necessary risk assessments and deliver the course(s) in as safe as possible a manner, but that this does not remove all risk of injury to the participant; and you hereby waive all and any claims against us in respect of the above clause
