A member of staff will be located by the main entrance of the Scout Hut to welcome yourself and your child. Please park your car on the road and walk your child into the car park of the scout hut.
Please remember to send your child with:-
A packed Lunch
A refillable Water bottle
Appropriate clothing for the weather and activity
A Coat
Sunhat and suncream (for the summer)
Superstars run a tuck shop whereby your child will be given in the afternoon a sweet bag of either haribo based or vegan based sweets which costs £1 - please pay on arrival with the coach on reception.
No electrical items are allowed at any centre, please make sure your child adheres to this. EXCHANGE + REFUND POLICY will be on your invoice so please check less

All Drop offs and Pick ups at Knutsford Leisure Centre take place at the reception which is through from the car park. We kindly ask for safeguarding reasons that no parent is to enter the building at any point, a Superstars Coach will welcome you and your child before taking them into camp.
Camp notes
Lunch:
Please ensure that your child arrives with a packed lunch and a refillable water bottle, we do not allow fizzy drinks at any of our sites.
We run a tuck shop selling £1.00 pick n mix bags (1 per child per day limit). Please do not send your child in with any form of nut products as other children may suffer from nut allergies.
Clothing:
All children must be wearing suitable comfortable clothing for activities, appropriate footwear for sports activities (football boots not necessary) ** Heelys cannot be worn at any time at any venue**
Please remember to send sunhat & sun lotion as we use outdoors a lot.
Health and Safety:
All chidren must be in good health and free from and infectious illness or disease, any medication your child will need to take must be clearly labelled with your childs name and the dose requirements and times clearly stated. Any medication without this will not be administered. Up to date covid guidelines will be issued accordingly nearer the time if needed.
Late pickup:
In the event a parent picks up after 1800 please pay the coach directly £5 per every for every 15 minutes after this time regardless of the reason.
Electricals on camp:
Children are not permitted to bring any electrical devices to any of our sites,
This is both for safeguarding reasons and to avoid any instances of losing or damaging personal items.
If your child arrives with an electrical item you will be asked to take this home with you. (The coaches will liase with our office who can contact any parents throughout the course of the day if any contact needs to be made.)
Behaviour on camp:
We reserve the right to remove a child from a camp or refuse admittance should we deem it necessary to do so, this includes not complying with safety rules, being disruptive or behaving in an inappropriate manner, failing to respect others or causing others distress.
Cancelations / Exchanges:
The cut off date for cancelations and refunds is 1700hrs on the 12th December, refund requests will not be accepted after that date however exchanges will be accepted up yo 1700hrs the day prior to your booking as long as you agree to the exchanges admin fee of £5.00 After this time no exchange will be authorised.
You must pay in full at the time of making your booking.
NEW INFORMATION FOR BOOKINGS FROM XMAS 2022- Your booking will only stay on our system for 48 hours from booking if it remains unpaid after this time it will be deleted. Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received.
